NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Mary Ann Township will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the Mary Ann Township Complex, 11152 Wilkins Run Rd NE, Newark, Ohio 43055.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and act on a resolution authorizing the engagement of an independent investigator to conduct a workplace investigation, to authorize payment for those services, and to transact any business related to that purpose. The Board may adjourn into executive session under R.C. 121.22(G)(1).
